- Empowering young women to join forces and come together to be unified in Christ
- Provide multigenerational programming to bridge the gap between the younger and seasoned women
- Provide opportunities for fellowship among the young women
- Encourage young women to deepen their relationship with God

Activities Description / Responsibilities:
- Planning quarterly programming and events at the annual retreat
- Creating a social media presence to engage the target age group
- Building rapport amongst the state presidents and regional directors to promote our quarterly programs
- Periodically surveying and identifying the spiritual needs of young women
- Interact with Millennial leaders to address the needs of younger women
- Providing spiritual content on the IWMA website.
